Capabilities

One team across the work most companies fragment.

Five connected capabilities. You can start with one or plug in the whole stack. They are built to reinforce each other, not to be bought in isolation.

01

Strategy and positioning

Decide what to build, who it serves, and why it wins before spending months building the wrong thing.

  • Market and category analysis
  • Customer discovery
  • Business model and pricing
  • Go-to-market strategy
  • Bitcoin-native market entry

Outcome
A clear answer to what you should build, who it is for, and how it wins.

02

Product and technology

Turn the strategy into a working product with design and full-stack development, not another deck.

  • Product scoping and UX
  • Full-stack and MVP development
  • Marketplaces and internal tools
  • AI product features and automation
  • Rapid prototyping

Outcome
A working product people can actually use.

03

Brand and storytelling

Make the company legible. A clear name, message, and identity people remember and trust.

  • Brand strategy and messaging
  • Naming and visual identity
  • Website design and build
  • Investor narrative and pitch deck
  • Launch campaigns

Outcome
A company people can understand, remember, and trust.

04

Growth and community

Reach the right users, partners, and communities with a repeatable path instead of one-off pushes.

  • Go-to-market execution
  • Community and social strategy
  • Partnerships and events
  • Founder-led content
  • Growth experiments

Outcome
A repeatable path to the right users and partners.

05

Fundraising and operations

Get ready to raise, hire, and run the company with the materials and systems investors expect.

  • Investor readiness and data room
  • Financial modeling
  • Use-of-funds and hiring plans
  • Operating systems and dashboards
  • AI-enabled workflows

Outcome
A company prepared to raise, hire, operate, and scale.

How we work

Five stages. We enter wherever the leverage is.

The process adapts to where you are. Some teams need the full arc. Others need one stage done well and fast.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Find the highest-leverage problem, customer, and constraint. Name what actually needs to move.

  2. 02

    Design

Define the product, position, or system worth building, and the plan to build it.

  3. 03

    Build

Turn the plan into working software, brand assets, content, and launch infrastructure.

  4. 04

    Launch

Put the work in front of the right users, communities, partners, and investors.

  5. 05

    Improve

Measure what works, learn quickly, and strengthen the company over time.

FAQ

Questions founders ask us first.

What does Bitcoin For Startups do?

We are an embedded strategy and execution partner for teams building in the Bitcoin economy. We help founders and organizations turn ambitious ideas into clear brands, working products, and companies positioned to grow, across strategy, product, brand, growth, and operations.

How is this different from a crypto marketing agency?

Most agencies bolt Bitcoin terminology onto a generic service model and stop at marketing. We are Bitcoin-native (we know the people, language, history, and communities) and we can build the product too, not just promote it. Strategy through execution sits in one team.

Do you only advise, or do you actually build the product?

We build. Alongside strategy and positioning, we do product design and full-stack development (MVPs, marketplaces, internal tools, AI features, and rapid prototyping) so the plan turns into a working product people can use, not another deck.

What kinds of work do you cover?

Five connected capabilities: strategy and positioning, product and technology, brand and storytelling, growth and community, and fundraising and operations. You can start with one or plug in the whole stack; they are built to reinforce each other.

How do engagements work?

Three ways to work together: a focused sprint (1 to 3 weeks) for a critical decision, launch, or system; a build engagement (1 to 4 months) to take an initiative from definition to launch; and an embedded partnership (ongoing) for cross-functional execution without prematurely building a large internal team.

What stage of company do you work with?

From exploring an idea through scaling an existing company. The process adapts to where you are: some teams need the full arc from diagnosis to launch, others need one stage done well and fast. We enter wherever the leverage is.

Who is behind Bitcoin For Startups?

It is led by founder Kyle Knight, who has spent eight years building in Bitcoin across startups, marketplaces, events, education, and community. Bitcoin For Startups is operated by Bitcoin Culture Hub.

Do you work with teams outside New York?

Yes. We are based in Brooklyn, New York, and work with founders and organizations worldwide.
